The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Ocon's Creations, which operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any referenced policies, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. They include important information such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. Please read them carefully.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and screen settings. We do not guarantee that products will match exactly as depicted online.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ocon's Creations reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. This does not guarantee availability or price accuracy. If there are any issues, we will contact you.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement by emailing info@oconscreations.com with your order number. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer available and you must follow our return process upon receiving the item.

All purchases are for personal or household use only and are not intended for commercial resale or export. Purchases are subject to our Return Policy.

5. Prices and Billing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless explicitly stated.

We may offer promotions from time to time, which are governed by their own terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion terms will prevail.

We accept the following payment methods.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Digital Wallets: PayPal.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system with encryption. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and authorize us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method. You represent that the payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorized to use it.

We may perform additional verification on orders that appear high-risk. Such orders may be held pending verification.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available. All US orders enjoy free standard shipping.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our daily cutoff time is 3:00 PM Central Time; orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day. Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days after processing, though times may vary based on location, carrier, and weather.

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is determined based on package size, weight, and destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates. Once we transfer your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required. Sale items may be eligible for store credit or exchange only. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

To return an item, contact us to request a return authorization. You will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and credited to your original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Return shipping for exchanges is free. The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or correct item at no cost. Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Returns are not accepted for washed, altered, or worn items; items with damaged packaging or removed tags; or sale items and gift cards, unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, reviews, audio, video, and their design and arrangement, are owned by Ocon's Creations, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or transmit any material from our Services without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The names, logos, and slogans of Ocon's Creations are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission. All other trademarks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Our store is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Ocon's Creations. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us. You release Shopify from any claims related to your purchases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. You and Ocon's Creations consent to personal jurisdiction in the courts of that jurisdiction.

25. Dispute Resolution

We encourage informal resolution of disputes first. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Aurora, Illinois. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
