Q: Are your prices in US Dollars? A: Yes. All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD). If your bank uses a different currency, the conversion will be handled by your financial institution at their applicable exchange rate.

Q: Can prices change without notice? A: Yes. Prices are subject to change at any time. The price charged will always be the one displayed at the time you place your order, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.

Ordering

Q: Can I modify my order after placing it? A: If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, please contact us immediately at info@oconscreations.com with your order number and the changes you need. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. After this window, or once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer available. In that case, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return through our Return Policy.

Q: My order was cancelled. Why? A: Orders may be cancelled for several reasons, including product unavailability, pricing errors, failed payment verification, suspected fraudulent activity, address issues, or orders placed by automated systems. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and an email notification explaining the reason.

Q: Do I need to pay for shipping? A: No. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax? A: Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. The exact tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


Shipping and Delivery

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: No. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Q: How long does shipping take? A: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location, carrier, and weather conditions.

Q: Which carriers do you use? A: We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping? A: If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info@oconscreations.com with your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or full refund.
