This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we prepare, ship, and deliver your purchases, along with what you can expect at every stage. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined on this page.
2. Where We Ship
2.1 Coverage Area — Contiguous United States Only
We currently ship to addresses located within the contiguous United States — the 48 adjoining states. Please note the following limitations:
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories (including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
- We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
2.2 Eligible vs. Ineligible Shipping Locations
Residential addresses within the contiguous United States are eligible for shipping.
Commercial and business addresses within the contiguous United States are also eligible.
Alaska and Hawaii are not currently eligible for shipping.
PO Boxes are not eligible for shipping.
APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are not eligible for shipping.
U.S. territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, are not eligible for shipping.
International addresses are not eligible for shipping.

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Free Standard Shipping on Every Order
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden fees, handling charges, or fuel surcharges — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout with no promo code required.
3.2 Shipping Options at a Glance
Standard Shipping is available for all contiguous United States orders at no cost.
Expedited Shipping is not currently offered.
Overnight and Express Shipping options are not currently offered.
We are committed to keeping your shipping costs at zero. While we do not offer expedited or overnight options at this time, we are always working to expand our fulfillment capabilities.
4. Order Processing
4.1 Processing Timeframe
The processing time for all orders is 1 to 3 business days.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
The daily cutoff time for same-day processing is 3:00 PM Central Time.
4.2 How Processing Works
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time on a business day will typically begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
Processing encompasses order verification, quality control inspection, secure packaging, and preparation for handoff to the shipping carrier. Please note that processing time is separate from transit and delivery time.
4.3 Order Verification
For your protection, we may perform additional verification on orders flagged as high-risk or requiring address confirmation. Such orders may be temporarily held for review, which could extend processing time. If any issues arise with your order or payment, our team will contact you directly.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
5.1 Standard Delivery
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 4 to 7 business days.
5.2 Complete Delivery Timeline
Order Processing takes 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping Transit takes 4 to 7 business days.
The total estimated delivery window is 5 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed.
5.3 Important Notes on Delivery Times
All delivery estimates are approximations and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your specific location, weather conditions, carrier capacity, and other factors beyond our control.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.
Customers in remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows.
During peak seasons — including holidays and major promotional events — shipping carriers may experience higher volumes that result in extended delivery times.
6. Shipping Carriers
We work with well-established, reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. Our primary carrier partners include USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS (United Parcel Service), and FedEx (Federal Express).
The specific carrier assigned to your order is determined based on destination, package dimensions, and weight. You will always receive tracking details once your package ships so you can monitor its progress from our facility to your doorstep.
7. Shipping Method Details
Standard shipping is the default and currently only available method for all eligible orders within the contiguous United States.
Available shipping options will be presented to you at checkout.
Free shipping applies to the standard shipping method.
At this time, expedited and overnight shipping options are not available.
8. Order Tracking
8.1 How to Track Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package using any of these convenient methods:
Email Tracking Link — Simply click the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.
Carrier Website — Enter your tracking number directly on the website of your assigned carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Our Website — Visit our store and use the order tracking feature with your tracking number.
8.2 Helpful Tracking Tips
It may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation email. This is normal, as the carrier needs time to scan and register your package.
If you have not received a tracking number within the stated processing window of 1 to 3 business days, please contact us.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not physically received the package, please check with neighbors, your building's mail or package room, and the area around your front door. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
9. Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays that are beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, elevated order volume during peak seasons such as holidays and flash sales, severe weather or natural disasters, carrier operational disruptions, route changes, or capacity constraints, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer, and unforeseen global events, government regulations, or supply chain disruptions.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or external circumstances. However, we are fully committed to helping you track your package and working toward a resolution whenever an issue arises.
10. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is returned to us because of an address error, our team will reach out to you to confirm the correct shipping details before reshipping.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping packages that were returned due to a customer-provided address mistake.
Please verify that your shipping address can receive deliveries from major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx before completing your order.
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
11.1 Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please follow these steps.
First, check your tracking information for the most recent status update.
Second, wait an additional 2 to 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as packages are occasionally delayed but still delivered within this window.
If the package still has not arrived, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and work toward a prompt resolution, which may include a replacement or full refund.
11.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take the following actions.
Contact us immediately upon discovering the damage.
Take clear photographs of the damaged item or items, the shipping packaging including the outer box or envelope, any packing materials, and the overall condition as received.
Retain all original packaging and damaged items — do not discard anything until the issue has been fully resolved.
Our team will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the claim and arrange a replacement, reshipment, or full refund at absolutely no cost to you.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
12.1 Before Your Order Ships
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible after placing it. We can only make changes or process cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Simply send an email to info@oconscreations.com with your order number and we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
12.2 After Your Order Ships
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are unable to make changes or process cancellations. If you wish to return or exchange an item after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
