Please review our return guidelines below, which outline everything you need to know about returning an item within our 30-day return period.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, simply email us at info@oconscreations.com with your order number, and we will promptly cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once the 24-hour window has passed, order cancellation is no longer available. In this case, you will need to wait until you receive the item and then follow our standard return procedure outlined below.
3. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Item Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags still attached.
- Original Packaging: Items should be returned in the original packaging in which they were delivered.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required for every return.
4. Mail-In Returns Only
Currently, we accept returns via mail only. In-store returns and pickup delivery returns are not available at this time. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with clear, step-by-step return instructions. Please note that any return packages sent to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. How to Start a Return
Step 1 – Get in Touch: Send an email to info@oconscreations.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Step 2 – Receive Your Return Label: After we review and approve your return request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label — completely free of charge.
Step 3 – Ship the Item Back: Using the prepaid label, send your item to the return address below. Please do not mail any items back without first obtaining return authorization, as unauthorized shipments may not be processed.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
To help us process your claim faster, please provide:
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- A photo of the item as it was received
- A photo of the shipping packaging

7. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Worn, Washed, or Altered Items: Products that show signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
- Damaged Packaging or Missing Tags: Items returned with torn, damaged, or missing original packaging and/or tags.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: For hygiene and policy reasons, sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Exchanges
Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item by following the steps outlined above. Once your return is received and approved, you are welcome to place a new order for the item and variation you prefer.
9. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
